Tab Scroller

Add Markers to your tab to define the scroll behavior.
Use can click on the left bar to edit/add/remove markers. Or use the format "#[MM:SS pp t]" where pp = position and t = scroll type (both optional). Time 00:00 is reserved.
p = position [##] => % of screen height to scroll to at this time. 99 means bottom, 00 means top, default is 50
t = type [s|n] => Scroll (default) to smooth scroll from the previous marker to this one, or sNap to this pos at this time.
"#[02:00 50 s]" means "Smoothly scroll the page so that this line is 50% from the top of the screen at 2 minutes."
"#[02:00]" means the same thing.
"#[02:00 25 n]" means "At 2 minutes, snap the screen so that this line is 25% from the top of the screen."
